As Radpol. S.A. is a sole owner of all Wirbet shares, the merge will be made without raising the capital of Radpol S.A. The whole capital of Wirbet will become the capital of Radpol and its value is estimated at 22,36mln PLN

– The integration of the 2 companies is a step towards creating a multi-factory organization. The links between Radpol and Wirbet are so deep that it is rational and economically sensible to make them function as one company with a couple of factories. It will result in making the corporate structures more straightforward, accelerating the decision processes and lowering the costs – comments Mr. Krzysztof Pioro, the President.

Wirbet was purchased by Radpol Group in 2012. Its poles are used in electricity transmission lines, railways, roads and at a number of building projects. The sales of concrete spun poles are 13% of the whole of Radpol Group.
