That’s why we created GreenID®: pre-insulated pipes with a protective casing made from HDPE sourced through our in-house recycling process. Our approach is a intentional closed-loop system, where polyethylene production waste becomes raw material for new, full-value casings for GreenID preinsulated pipes.

  • Controlled process & compliance with standards

    The protective casing of GreenID® pipes is made from high-quality recycled HDPE, processed in our own facility. This gives us full control over the entire cycle – from material recovery and processing to the final product.

  • Key technical parameters of GreenID®

    • thermal stability (OIT) > 20 minutes (EN 728),
    • carbon black content: 2.5 ± 0.5% (ISO 6964),
    • MFR index: 0.2–1.4 g/10 min (EN ISO 1133),
    • elongation at break: >350%,
    • crack resistance (FNCT) and uniform carbon black dispersion.
