Solutions for Gas Transmission
Our gas transmission systems RC MULTISafe® and RC MAXIprotect® comply with the stringent standards of PAS 1075.
These solutions have proven exceptionally effective in trenchless installation projects, delivering a service life exceeding 100 years. The pipes are resistant to point loads and crack propagation, and can be installed without costly sand bedding, significantly accelerating and simplifying the construction process.
We offer high-performance reinforced HDPE 100 RC pipe systems, designed specifically for the reliable and long-term transmission of gas.
The RC MULTIsafe® multilayer pipe system is made of high-quality HDPE 100 RC material, providing exceptional resistance to mechanical damage and ensuring a long service life of the installation.
Available in three structural variants:
- RC MULTIsafe® 1L – single-layer, solid wall pipes in a uniform color: either orange or black with orange stripes.
- RC MULTIsafe® 2L – two-layer pipes with a visibly orange outer layer and black inner core.
- RC MULTIsafe® 3L – three-layer pipes with color-differentiated outer layers (black–orange–black).
The RC MULTIsafe® 2L and 3L variants are manufactured entirely from high-strength HDPE 100 RC, with molecular bonding between layers during co-extrusion – making them mechanically inseparable. Layer thickness and materials can be individually tailored to meet specific project requirements.
Available diameters: from DN 25 mm to DN 630 mm.
The RC MAXIprotect® PP/HDPE multilayer pipe system is based on RC MULTIsafe® pipes, additionally equipped with:
- An outer protective jacket made of PE 100, HDPE 100 RC, or mineral-reinforced polypropylene (PP)
- A detection tape placed beneath the outer layer – made of aluminum, stainless steel, or copper – allowing for precise location of the pipeline route
The protective jacket is not molecularly bonded to the core pipe, enabling it to act as an independent protective barrier. This construction provides the system with an additional layer of protection against external mechanical damage.
Available in the following structural variants:
- Two-layer core pipe, black with a yellow outer layer (also available in a single-color version)
- Outer protective jacket made of HDPE or PP, in yellow, compliant with Type 3 of PAS 1075:2009.04
