General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery (GTCS)

GTCS define the basic rules of business cooperation between Radpol Pipes sp. z o.o. and its Customers. This document explains how sales and delivery contracts are made, as well as the rights and obligations of both parties, order processing, delivery, payment terms, and responsibility. The GTCS are an integral part of every sales contract and are intended to ensure transparency, clarity, and safe business cooperation.

Radpol Pipes Code of Ethics

Radpol Pipes, in its Work Regulations, addresses issues of preventing discrimination and workplace harassment, providing a foundation for further action in this area. The “Radpol Pipes sp. z o.o. Code of Ethics” was developed and implemented as a tool to support and shape the company’s desired attitudes, behaviors, organizational culture, work culture, and principles of cooperation based on social norms, legal regulations, internal rules, and shared values.

As a leading manufacturer of piping systems, Radpol Pipes is committed to promoting ethics and aims to join the ranks of global leaders in corporate responsibility, human rights compliance, and environmental protection.

Responsibility for achieving this goal rests with all employees of Radpol Pipes. The Code of Ethics has been approved by the Management Board of Radpol Pipes sp. z o.o. and serves as a model of conduct for employees in relations with colleagues, supervisors, clients, partners, and local communities, both in business and quasi-business interactions.

Anti-Corruption Procedure

The purpose of this procedure is to eliminate any corrupt practices that may occur in connection with the operations of Radpol Pipes sp. z o.o. and to establish uniform rules for handling cases of abuse, preventing and counteracting actions detrimental to the Company. The procedure also aims to ensure transparency of the Company’s activities towards its business partners.

Whistleblower Protection

Radpol Pipes sp. z o.o. has implemented the Internal Reporting Procedure. The reporting system established under this procedure allows employees, contractors, and, in some cases, third parties to safely and confidentially report illegal or harmful practices. It helps prevent irregularities such as fraud, theft, corruption, or harassment, enables appropriate corrective measures, and contributes to maintaining the highest standards of company operations.

Reports may be submitted in the following forms:

1) Written form – by placing an internal report in the dedicated mailbox at the Company’s headquarters or sending it to: Radpol Pipes sp. z o.o., Kolonia Prawiedniki 57, 20-515 Lublin, marked “Legal Compliance Officer – personal delivery”,

2) Electronic form – by sending a report to the email address: [email protected]

3) Oral form – in person to the Legal Compliance Officer or by phone (documented as a recording or written protocol).

When submitting a report, you must provide your personal data and contact information. Anonymous reports will not be considered. If contact information is not provided, you will not be informed about the course of the proceedings. Lack of contact details may also hinder the investigation if additional information about the reported incident is needed.
