Clear Recruitment Process Guidelines
At every stage of our collaboration, we want Radpol Pipes to be seen as a friendly employer that meets the needs of its employees. However, the recruitment process is one of the most important moments when we have the opportunity to get to know you and show just how much we can achieve together.

Stage 1

The next step is to verify that your CV meets the requirements outlined in the job posting. Please note that we reserve the right to contact only selected candidates who have advanced to the next stage of recruitment.

Stage 3
As part of an initial phone or video interview, our recruiter verifies your skills and experience based on your CV. Candidates whose profiles are the best fit are invited to meet with the direct supervisor at our Office and Production Plant.

Congratulations! At this stage, we make the hiring decision and extend a job offer to the selected candidate. Once the offer is accepted, we provide comprehensive pre-boarding and onboarding, including training and an introduction to all areas of the company.
