Machine Operator

What You Will Be Responsible For?

Your main responsibilities will include operating production machines and equipment.
You will be assigned production tasks that must be completed within the specified time frame.
Collaboration with the Quality Control Department will be an important aspect of your role, as you will be submitting samples of the produced material to them.
Finished products will need to be properly packaged – this will also be part of your duties.
Finally, you will prepare production reports in our system.

No prior experience in this field is required – we will teach you everything you need to know.
What matters most is your willingness to learn, develop your existing skills, and acquire new ones.
We are looking for someone who is highly engaged and committed to the tasks they take on.
In our company, we work in a shift system, so flexibility to work shifts is essential (2 or 3 shifts), or continuous operation in the second department (12-hour shifts in a 24/48 schedule).
