Our RC MULTISafe® and RC MAXIprotect® systems for potable water transport comply with the stringent standards of PAS 1075.

The RC MULTIsafe® multilayer pipe system is made of high-quality HDPE 100 RC, offering excellent resistance to mechanical damage and ensuring a long service life of the installation.
Available in three structural variants:
- RC MULTIsafe® 1L – single-layer solid wall pipes, uniformly colored in navy blue or black with blue stripes
- RC MULTIsafe® 2L – two-layer pipes with a clearly visible blue outer layer and a black inner core
- RC MULTIsafe® 3L – three-layer pipes with blue outer layers (black–blue–black structure)
The RC MULTIsafe® 2L and 3L variants are produced entirely from durable HDPE 100 RC, with layers molecularly bonded during the co-extrusion process – making them mechanically inseparable. Layer thickness and materials can be customized to meet specific project requirements.
Available diameters: from 25 mm to 1000 mm.
The RC MAXIprotect® PP/HDPE multilayer pipe system is manufactured based on RC MULTIsafe® pipes, with additional features including:
- An outer protective jacket made of PE 100, HDPE 100 RC, or mineral-reinforced polypropylene (PP)
- A detection tape placed beneath the jacket – made of aluminum, stainless steel, or copper – enabling precise localization of the pipeline route
The protective jacket is not molecularly bonded to the carrier pipe, allowing it to function independently as a protective layer. This design provides an additional barrier against external mechanical damage, enhancing the overall durability and safety of the pipeline system.
Available in the following structural variants:
- Two-layer carrier pipe, black with a distinct blue outer layer (also available in a single-color version)
- Outer protective jacket made of HDPE or PP, in blue, compliant with Type 3 according to PAS 1075:2009.04
